What would it be like to learn to manage your stress, boost your daily happiness, and boost your well-being? What would it be like to increase your self-awareness, create optimum health, and learn how to prevent health problems?

And do you wonder why do some people languish while other people flourish?  What if the secret to a flourishing life was actually a formula? What if the elements were already known?

In order to thrive, people need to learn to build their reservoir of positive emotions, work with negative emotions, build their will-power, and create nurturing relationships.

Flourishing Skills Group® give you those tools. It is tailored to help people decrease stress, increase their happiness and well-being, in an intimate, nurturing and supportive group setting. The program covers 10 key positive psychology skills for increasing greater happiness and well-being.

This is a 10-week, 2-hour/week program, limited to 10 participants. Each session is dynamic and participatory, with hands-on exercises, building and deepening your happiness skill set leaving you nourished & empowered. The Flourishing Skills Group® is offered in two formats: live in person, or live via video web-conferencing.
